Job Title I: Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibility:

  • Market the company’s products and services to clients to ensure achievement of monthly sales targets;
  • Manage and coordinate all sales accounts;
  • Identify and develop new business market opportunities;
  • Prepare and follow up on customer enquires and quotations;
  • Conduct sales presentation, solution recommendation to prospective clients;
  • Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention;
  • Maintain an awareness of new development in the industry;
Requirement:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  • Working experience in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security will be advantageous;
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment;
  • Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
Other Information:
  • 5 days work week (9:00~1800)
  • Office at Bukit Batok;

Job Title II: Technical Support Engineer
Responsibility:
  • Study system and products technical details to provide professional technical advice or support to company sales team and customers;
  • Provide technical support in both hardware and software;
  • Assist to evaluate technical specification of related products to improve the system performance;
  • Support and build good relationship with customers;
  • Perform system and product trouble shooting and repair pre-sales and after-sales;
  • Monitor showroom demo products and provide training for sales team and customers;
  • Assist to create technical information like datasheet, manual and training materials;
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  • Team player, fast learner, high initiative, resourceful and able to work independent;
  • Able to set and prioritize goals and objectives;
  • Working experience in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security will be advantageous;

  • 5 days work week (9:00~1800)

Job Title III: Business Development Executive
Responsibility:
  • Positive mindset, proactive and team player;
  • Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via emails, telephones and online community involvement;
  • Gathering market trend and customer information to promote hosting solutions to prospects;
  • Actively get new potential customers and market opportunities;
  • Work closely with sales team to follow up customers’ inquiries and support clients;
Responsibility:
  • Good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant;
  • Ability to work independently and develop marketing strategies;
  • Prior experience in in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security will be advantageous;
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment;
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Marketing or equivalent;
Other Information:
  • 5 days work per week (From 9:00 to 1800, exclude PH)
